Welcome to Meditation Drip, your daily dose of mindfulness. This is Julie Scan and we are on day five of our 30-day one-minute meditation challenge. Today's mini meditation is created to give you a pause for presence. So let's not wait. Let's go into meditation. What if in this very moment you allowed yourself to simply be judgment-free, listening to the sound of your breath, feeling the air fill your chest with your inhales, and your entire body soften as you exhale. Slow everything down. Witness your thoughts drift in and gently let them flow back out. Softly observe what you are feeling, any sensations you have, and let yourself experience it. No need to label it. Allow yourself to just be here. Witnessing your thoughts, your physical sensations, your emotions, and taking in your surroundings, judgment-free is what the art of mindfulness is all about. And when you're on the go, and if you need a quick reminder, just repeat the phrase to yourself: just be here. Alright, sending you so much love and thank you for meditating today. See you tomorrow for day eight of this challenge. Subscribe for more or go to healwildly.com to connect and find other meditations, courses, and much more.
