Day 11: Ignite Your Inner Light | 30-Day 1-Minute Meditation Challenge
In Day 11 of Meditation Drip, Julie guides you through a calming one-minute meditation to ignite your inner light, spark confidence, and reconnect with your inner strength. This short guided meditation uses breathwork and visualization to activate the solar plexus (Manipura chakra) and release fear and worry. Inspired by the Japanese word Komorebi, sunlight filtering through the trees, this practice reminds you that your inner light is always present.
Thank you for listening to the Meditation Drip!

Welcome to Meditation Drip, your daily dose of mindfulness. This is Julie, and we are on day 11 of our 30-day one-minute meditation challenge. Today's mini meditation is to ignite to your inner light, to spark that confidence and to remind you of your inner source of strength and power. So let's go in. Place your hands, palms facing up comfortably on your lap. Begin to visualize yourself surrounded by a warm, beautiful, radiant golden light. On your next inhale, draw this light into your body, feeling it fill your abdomen, opening your solar plexus. In Sanskrit named Manipura, it translates to your inner city of gems. Feel this golden light moving within you. Inhale light, exhale fear, again inhale light, exhale worry, and one more time inhale light and exhale, letting go of anything you no longer need to carry. There's a beautiful Japanese word, komorebi, which means sunlight leaking through the trees. It describes the feeling of wonder and delight that we find when we pause to watch the light filter through the leaves as it dances on the ground or the forest floor. So on the days it feels hard to find your inner light, let this be a gentle reminder to find Komorebi. Light is always there, quietly shining through, and sometimes we simply need to pause to find it and notice it again. Thank you for being here today. Please come back tomorrow for day 12, a heart opening meditation drip. And don't forget to find me at healwildly.com.
