Welcome back to Meditation Drip or your daily dose of mindfulness. This is Julie, and this is day 17 of our 30-day one-minute meditation challenge.

Today’s Focus: Finding Clarity

So today's daily dose of mindfulness is a practice to find clarity. This is a tool that I use anytime I have a big decision to make, or if there's something going on that I'm just not quite clear on, and I need some more internal guidance.

Quick Practice Setup

You can do this practice anytime, anywhere. It is quick and effective, and I can't wait to share it with you. So let's go in.

Breathe And Set Intention

To begin, let's take a nice sweet deep breath. And if possible, please close your eyes.

Invite The Situation In

SPEAKER_00

Begin to think of a situation, any situation at all that you would like clarity upon? Bring this situation first into your mind and witness your response to this question.

Listen To Your Thoughts

SPEAKER_00

In regards to this situation that you currently seek clarity upon, what are your thoughts saying to you?

Listen To Your Body

SPEAKER_00

Now bring your awareness into your body. And in regards to this situation, what is your body signaling to you?

Listen To Your Heart

SPEAKER_00

And finally your heart. In regards to this situation, what is your heart saying to you?

Mind Body Heart Wisdom

The mind typically tries to solve. The body is pulled towards or away from something. And the heart, the heart usually speaks the truth. The question for you today is what will you listen to? What feels right for you?
